A construction and real estate development company with over 20 years of experience in developing high-rise residential buildings is seeking new talent as a **Senior Project Architect** **Requirements:** **Minimum experience:** 3 to 5 years in high-rise residential project development. **Completed studies in:** Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field. **Software proficiency:** REVIT BIM **Immediate availability** **Responsibilities:** * Design, modeling, and documentation of architectural projects for high-rise residential buildings; capable of creating creative solutions. * On-site project supervision to ensure proper execution and implementation of specific details. * Review of engineering projects, coordination among engineering disciplines, and ability to develop architectural structural criteria. **Knowledge and Skills:** Proactive, self-managed, detail-oriented Familiarity with current RCDF Technical Standards (NTC), development of high-rise residential projects of 100 units or more, knowledge of building services and structural criteria. **REVIT mandatory**, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Rendering software, and Image editing software. **We offer:** Competitive salary Statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday Work location: Las Palmas, Miguel Hidalgo
