Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SIROC regulations PRESTIGIOUS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING A PAYROLL SPECIALIST We are looking for a **Payroll Specialist** with solid experience in processing **weekly payrolls**, and with **availability and operational focus** to travel to construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring payment accuracy, compliance with social security obligations, and managing personnel incidents for our operational and administrative staff. **Responsibilities:** * **Collection and Transfer of Attendance Records On-Site:** Must travel between the **two assigned construction sites** to collect attendance records (attendance lists, leave requests, personnel validations) required for pre-payroll processing. * **Payroll Processing:** * Enter, track, and validate payroll incidents (**absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, and permissions**) for pre-payroll and preparation of **payroll registers**. * Calculate, prepare, **stamp**, and issue **weekly payrolls**. * Calculate, prepare, and issue special benefits such as the **13th-month bonus (aguinaldo)**. * Generate payroll reports and pay slips. * Deliver pre-payrolls for internal validation. * Register employee movements (hires and terminations) in the internal system and on IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and **SUA** platforms. * Manage, control, and update the **SIROC (Construction Works Registration System)** with IMSS-SUA. * Submit hires, terminations, and salary modifications to IMSS (IDSE). * Reconcile and verify payments and obligations with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Perform calculations, documentation, and payments for **severance settlements (finiquitos)** and liquidations. * Ensure **confidentiality** of financial and personnel information. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum **2–3 years** verifiable experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role, handling **high-volume, weekly-frequency payrolls**. * **Travel Availability:** Must have the capacity and willingness to **visit and operate at both assigned construction sites** to collect information. * **Advanced proficiency in SUA and IDSE.** * Demonstrable experience managing **SIROC (IMSS-SUA).** * Experience using a payroll system (e.g., CONTPAQi Nóminas, NOI, or similar ERP). * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * **Legal Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT regulations. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $18,000–$20,000, commensurate with experience * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm * **Statutory Benefits** * **Option for an Indefinite-Term Contract** *Interested candidates please send CV via this channel or to erika.puga@oxl.mx* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
