This position requires operational leadership, activity planning, shift personnel management, and end-to-end supply chain coordination. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in **Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field**. * **\+3 years of experience** in similar roles within shipping or logistics operations departments. * Experience in **supervising operational staff**. * Knowledge of **inventory control and shipment scheduling**. * Skills in **planning, organization, and decision-making**. * Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer service. Experience in national, local, and international logistics, reverse logistics, 3PL, route supervision, customer service, DOT documentation, personnel management, **Key Responsibilities:** * Experience in national, local, and international logistics, reverse logistics, 3PL, route supervision, customer service, DOT documentation, personnel management, inventory management, unit monitoring, negotiation skills * Service improvements (on-time delivery performance) * Coordinate delivery schedules with customers by assigning specific routes to drivers to meet those commitments. * Develop delivery schedules and shipment routes based on planned deliveries and additional operational requirements from administrative departments. * Ensure billing for all trips. * Assign trips to operators and verify they carry all required documentation. * Release orders through customs. * Responsible for preparing freight bills and completing documentation for U.S. border crossings. * Manage physical inventory of equipment (containers, trailers, drivers).
