§ Perform mise en place for the breakfast buffet service. § Prepare sauces and food items for the breakfast buffet. § Prepare food for breakfast buffets. § Set up the breakfast buffet in the mornings. § Wash dishes and cutlery. § Collect and clear the breakfast buffet after service hours. § Place orders for missing products. § Keep food storage areas clean and organized. § Clean the hotel kitchen after completion of the breakfast buffet service. § Perform cleaning maintenance on the breakfast buffet counter. § Clean and disinfect the tables in the hotel dining area. § Maintain excellent cleanliness throughout the entire hotel dining area. § Continuously remove garbage from dining area trash bins to prevent accumulation. § Conduct inventory of products used in the hotel dining area. § Constantly wash and clean the stove, refrigerator, water dispenser, coffee machine, and juice machine. § Prepare coffee and ensure there is always a fresh supply available in the coffee maker during service. § Replenish the coffee machine and breakfast buffet to provide better service to guests. § Strict adherence to policies, operation manuals, procedures, and Posadas standards.
