Collection Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Collection Driver in logistics, parcel delivery, and courier services to perform pickups and deliveries while ensuring high-quality customer service. In-person work environment with defined office hours. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Minimum completed high school diploma * Experience in driving and preventive maintenance of a collection vehicle, as well as cargo handling and loading * Valid Class B driver's license * Experience in parcel delivery, courier services, logistics, and documentation **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Strong interpersonal skills * Service-oriented attitude, dynamic, creative * Organized, responsible, disciplined * Analytical ability and common sense **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Accurately enter customer data into the system. * Perform package pickups at customers' addresses. * Properly package items for shipment. * Deliver assigned packages to partner locations. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Excellent base salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (year-end bonus, savings fund) * Tools provided to support job activities * Initial training and counseling as needed * Uniforms provided at no cost **DETAILS:** * Permanent employment * In-person workplace * Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
