Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor Relations Analyst to join our team, providing support in human resources and labor relations functions. Key Highlights: 1. Human resources support role 2. Job stability in an established company At **Pollo Feliz Chihuahua**, we have over **50 years in the market**, with a strong presence across **31 branches, 2 distribution centers (CEDIS), and one corporate office**. We are looking for a **LABOR RELATIONS ANALYST** to join our team and provide support to various functions of **POLLO FELIZ**. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience**. * Proficiency in operating a standard vehicle and possession of a **valid driver's license**. * Proficiency in computer software packages. * Demonstrable job stability. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Knowledge of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) Law. * Honest, trustworthy, and organized individual. Main Responsibilities: * Training staff on safety regulations. * Handling employee resignations. * Contract renewals. * Issuing certificates via the SIRCE platform. * Preparing minutes and reports on safety and hygiene inspections. * Liaising with and responding to audits from STPS, IMSS, etc. * Handling cash. * Other related duties.
