We are looking for a **proactive, responsible individual with a service-oriented attitude** who has experience in **general maintenance** and is accustomed to working both on **construction sites** and in **completed facilities**. During the first few weeks, work will be carried out at our **new facilities**, which are still in the final phase of construction. Afterwards, the role will focus on preventive and corrective maintenance of **offices and buildings**. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist with general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical work, painting, light masonry, carpentry). * Basic use and handling of manual and electric tools. * Support in adapting and preparing new facilities. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of offices, equipment, and general facilities. * Reporting incidents and repair needs. **Requirements** * **Minimum of 1 year of experience** in general maintenance, construction, or similar roles. * **Basic knowledge** of electricity, plumbing, and painting. * **Ability to operate electric tools** (drill, hammer drill, grinder, etc.). * **Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, and responsibility.** * **Availability to work in a construction environment** during the initial stage. **We Offer** * Job stability and opportunities for growth. * Grocery vouchers. * Major medical insurance. * Statutory benefits and additional benefits beyond legal requirements.
