




**Functions and Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preliminary preparation of food (washing, chopping, portioning). * Assist the chef in preparing dishes. * Keep the work area, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and organized. * Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools. * Store supplies correctly following hygiene standards. * Assist in receiving and arranging supplies. * Perform other tasks assigned by the head chef. **Required Profile:** * Minimum education level: secondary school. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a kitchen assistant (preferred). * Basic knowledge of hygienic food handling. **Competencies and Skills:** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. * Organization and cleanliness.
