Job Responsibilities * Operate and control industrial furnaces following established procedures and production specifications. * Continuously monitor furnace temperature, pressure, and other parameters to ensure optimal operation. * Make necessary adjustments to furnace controls to maintain product quality and energy efficiency. * Safely and efficiently load and unload materials into and from the furnace. * Regularly inspect the furnace and its components to detect anomalies, wear, or failures. * Perform basic preventive maintenance, such as cleaning and lubrication, as required. * Record operational data, parameter readings, and any incidents or issues detected. * Report major failures or problems to the supervisor or maintenance team. * Strictly comply with all industrial safety regulations and safe operating procedures. * Collaborate with other production team members to ensure continuous workflow.
