Excellent work environment and training programs. **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our Corporate Team:** **COST RISK ANALYST** Analyze contracts, addenda, and unit prices across various projects to identify cost overruns, detect inconsistencies, and generate controls and reports to prevent risks and ensure compliance. **Responsibilities:** Support comprehensive review of the technical area to identify situations deviating from regulatory and/or technical guidelines. Analyze monetary data in coordination with other departments to ensure accurate cost application and detect deviations. Generate controls and reports to help prevent undesirable situations within the department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering * Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position * Experience in cost analysis and budgeting * Experience in unit pricing and estimations * Experience with concept catalogs * Proficiency in Opus, Neodata, and AutoCAD * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and career growth * Training programs
