PURCHASING **Main Responsibilities:** * **Purchasing Management:** Supports the procurement process for products and materials required by the company, from quotations to purchase orders. * **Inventory Control:** Monitors and records goods receipts and shipments in the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained. * **Receiving and Storage:** Verifies and records incoming products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and organizes them appropriately in the warehouse. * **Documentation Management:** Handles invoices, delivery notes, and other documents related to purchasing and warehousing. * **Logistics Support:** Assists in order preparation and shipment, coordinating with internal departments or suppliers as needed. **Key Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes. * Proficiency in computer tools such as spreadsheets or inventory software. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
