Supply and material provisioning management **Junior Buyer \| Procurement \| Supply \| Procurement** **Location:** Downtown Area, Chihuahua, Chihuahua **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** A growing company is looking for a **Junior Buyer / Procurement Assistant** to join its **supply and procurement department**, ensuring effective procurement management, supplier negotiation, and purchase order control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and tracking of **purchase orders (POs)** * Analysis of **quotations, costs, and suppliers** * Supplier negotiation (pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms) * Management of **supply and material provisioning** * Database maintenance and updates in Excel * Delivery tracking and supplier performance monitoring **Requirements:** * Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, logistics, business, or related fields * Experience in **procurement, purchasing, supply, or supply chain** (preferred) * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency** (databases, reporting, tracking) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm * Friday: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm * Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm * Sunday: Fixed day off **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise * Discounts and preferential pricing * Uniforms Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
