




A leading company dedicated to RETAIL is looking for: ***Payroll Analyst.*** We are seeking an analytical and responsible professional with experience in comprehensive payroll management and a high level of accuracy in administrative processes. Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: $14,000 – $16,000 net monthly **Main Responsibilities:** * Process and validate payrolls for more than 300 employees. * Calculate attendance incidents, vacations, holiday bonuses, and severance payments. * Handle registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. * Operate and manage CONTPAQi and NOMIPAQ systems. * Ensure compliance with obligations under the Federal Labor Law and current regulations. * Assist in preparing reports and monthly reconciliations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Proven experience in payroll, attendance incidents, and social security. * Knowledge of IMSS, Income Tax (ISR), Federal Labor Law (LFT), FONACOT, and statutory benefits. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and payroll systems. * Proactive attitude, organized, and detail-oriented. **Benefits:** * Professional and stable work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Monday to Friday schedule.
