




Job Summary: Payroll Analyst responsible for supporting payroll calculation, control, and recording for personnel, ensuring payment accuracy and compliance with tax and social security regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support payroll calculation and control. 2. Ensure accuracy in payments and tax compliance. 3. Manage the NOMIPAQ system and generate payroll reports. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: * Record attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, vacations) * Manage the **NOMIPAQ** system or other payroll systems * Calculate taxes and social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR) * Generate payroll reports and basic reconciliations * Verify correct disbursement of payments to personnel * Maintain up-to-date personnel information in the system * Safeguard and manage confidential information * Support internal audits or administrative reviews * Track employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments REQUIREMENT: Proficiency in the NOMIPAQ system Position Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
