Direct on-site customer service Specialized Technician – Technical Service and Projects **Company:** Firessa **Department:** Technical Service and Projects **Position Type:** Operational **Location:** Agua Blanca Sur (near Grupo Collins) Job Description At FIressa, we are looking for a **Specialized Technician** to join our Technical Service team, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of water treatment and purification systems, as well as direct on-site customer service. Requirements * Technical diploma or high school diploma * Experience in hydraulic installations. * Basic knowledge of electricity (primarily 120V; 220V is desirable). * Proficiency in using tools. * Valid driver’s license (MANDATORY). * Availability for fieldwork. Technical Knowledge * Hydraulic installations and pipe connections. * Pumping systems (desirable). * Water filtration and treatment systems. * Identification of basic equipment failures. * Completion of logbooks and operational controls. Responsibilities * Installation and preventive/corrective maintenance of water treatment equipment. * Commissioning and functional testing. * Conducting basic physicochemical tests on-site. * Tracking maintenance activities and maintaining technical documentation. * Direct customer interaction and service. * Compliance with quality and safety standards.
