Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Human Resources professional to manage recruitment, hiring, labor discipline, employee terminations, and staff support—with emphasis on team integration and workplace climate. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive role in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment and selection. 2. Responsible for hiring, labor discipline, and conflict management. 3. Participation in team integration events and initiatives to improve workplace climate. At TRATE Logística, we are looking for a proactive individual available for the Human Resources position. Working hours: 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break; one Saturday per month on duty. Proven experience in: * Recruitment and selection, including preliminary and in-depth interviews * Hiring processes and personnel file management * Basic knowledge of social security and the Federal Labor Law * Implementation of labor discipline and conflict management * Employee terminations and final settlements * Staff support regarding payroll, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT * Team integration events and workplace climate initiatives Completed bachelor's degree; minimum 1 year of relevant experience We offer a base salary plus a monthly bonus of $3,000 for achieving vacancy coverage targets, subject to performance objectives.
