Primary Objective:** The Sales Executive’s primary objective is to promote and sell plastic surgery services, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth. Their role is to guide potential customers through the decision-making process, provide detailed information about procedures, and guarantee exceptional service. **3. Customer Service and Consultation: Attend to and advise potential customers, providing clear and detailed information about offered plastic surgery procedures via assigned platforms. 2. Needs Assessment: Conduct individual assessments to understand each customer’s specific needs, considering their expectations and desires; prospect potential customers (leads) within sales funnels. 3. Service Presentation: Fully and clearly explain available procedures, highlighting benefits, risks, and expected outcomes. 4. Quotations and Proposals: Prepare customized quotations and detailed proposals, explaining associated costs and any additional service details. 5. Post-Sale Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with potential customers after the initial consultation, responding to additional questions, providing further information, and offering emotional support. **5. Identification:** Position: Sales Executive, Armonía Estética. c) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM d) Minimum monthly salary: $20,000; we offer excellent uncapped commissions. e) Reports to Commercial Management Employment Type: Full-time, on-site.
