




**Objective:** Management and strategic planning of the pharmaceutical product category, with a retail focus. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify market needs to grow the business through strategic selection of brands and products. * Make data-driven decisions based on data analysis and forecasting. * Internally manage the proper execution of business plans. * Negotiate with suppliers. * Ensure supply continuity and quality of assigned products. * Lead and develop assigned teams. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Data Analysis, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree preferred. * Business English proficiency. * Prior experience in sales, procurement, or other commercially oriented roles is preferred. * Professional experience preferably between 2 and 6 years. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Visa: Valid U.S. visa. **Additional Competencies:** Teamwork.
