Commitment to Inclusion and Human Rights Job Objective: Design and plan network infrastructure for expansion and development projects, ensuring efficient and viable technical solutions through the preparation of preliminary engineering designs, drawings, and proposals that meet client requirements and support the strategic growth of the telecommunications network. Main Responsibilities: Develop Broadband (FTTH) network designs for expansion projects and implementation of telecommunications infrastructure. Develop Backbone network designs to ensure required connectivity and capacity for network operations. Conduct field surveys to collect necessary technical information for project design and execution. Prepare preliminary technical network infrastructure designs for client or involved department review and approval. Generate and update technical drawings using specialized design tools. Manage and maintain technical and administrative documentation related to network design projects. Track administrative activities arising from project planning, development, and control. Verify that designs and drawings comply with organizational technical, regulatory, and quality standards. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Academic Qualification: Engineer (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, Mechanical), Architect (Desirable). Experience: 1 year, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Competencies: Results Orientation Time Management Conflict Resolution Proactivity Creativity Analytical Skills Technical Skills: English 70%. Google Earth 70% Google Drive 60% AutoCAD 65% Operate standard vehicle (urban and highway) with valid driver's license. Prior experience in the telecommunications industry.
