




**TRANSPORTES LIPU IS LOOKING FOR** **CABIN CHIEF** **MAIN ACTIVITIES** * Reviewing the status of units en route and available units. * Verifying units and drivers according to the authorized route and schedule assigned to ensure compliance with assignments. * Daily verification and analysis of the report generated by supervisors for the RU (Operational Anomalies Report). * Sending the reviewed RU electronically on a daily basis to Coordinators, Maintenance, Management, Sales, HR, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and Accounting. * Daily electronic submission of reassignments to Logistics. * Immediately reporting any delays via telephone and written communication to the RP (Responsible Person) to implement contingency plan B. * In case of client-related anomalies, monitoring every 10 minutes until the unit reaches its destination. * Compiling a summary of completed services per client, indicating the unit ID or IDs that performed the service for cross-checking with the Administrative Department. * Analyzing anomalies together with Operations Managers every Thursday regarding those generated during the week, in order to develop an action plan. * Analyzing unit reassignments and cancelled services together with Logistics to ensure program compliance and prevent non-compliance. * Daily submission of anomalies to Management, Executive Management, and the Presidency upon shift closure, including maintenance, operations, and client-related anomalies. * Validating the functionality of the GPS portal. * Daily analysis of trips performed by each unit and driver, with day-to-day comparisons. * Scheduling and coordinating standby units for rescuing services affected by incidents. * Keeping the Traffilog database updated (unit distribution and operator assignment to DMAS). * Implementing process stoppages for operators experiencing delays, schedule non-compliance, misconduct, or filing complaints. * Validating the report on compliance with the overnight and weekend lockdown plan. * Ensuring personnel under supervision fulfill their duties. * Holding weekly meetings with staff under supervision to define improvement actions and follow up on client needs. **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Conflict management * Leadership oriented toward results * Customer service **Road Safety Training:** State Law on Sustainable Mobility and Accessibility, Preventive Driving, Road Safety Policies, Local Traffic and Road Regulations **We Offer** Competitive salary.
