




Position Summary: We are seeking a methodical and responsible Public Accountant with attention to detail to manage general accounting, financial and tax reporting, and bank reconciliations, ensuring regulatory compliance. Professional ethics and confidentiality Monthly net salary of $30,000 We seek: * A methodical, responsible person with attention to detail * Willingness to learn and work in a team * Professional ethics and confidentiality in handling financial information Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (Mandatory) – Graduated * Minimum 5 years of experience (Mandatory) * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Job Responsibilities** * Perform general accounting, preparation of financial statements, and account analysis. * Prepare and submit financial and tax reports. * Conduct bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable. * Participate in monthly and annual accounting closings. * Maintain up-to-date accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. * Calculate taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheets, income statements, and related documentation. * Carry out all accounting operations and ensure their alignment with the companies’ accounting principles and regulations. * Journal entry recording, management of SAT and IMSS platforms, informative tax filings, payroll management. * **Accounting Operations:** Recording of journal entries (revenues, expenses, accruals) and execution of bank, tax, and supplier reconciliations. * **Closing and Reporting:** Ensure financial statements are presented fairly and reliably, in accordance with the **Financial Information Standards (NIF)**, verifying balance integrity, reconciliations, and corresponding disclosures, with the objective of providing useful information for decision-making. * **Tax Management:** Prepare VAT, ISR, provisional payment, DIOT, and Electronic Accounting declarations; respond to SAT requests. * **Payroll:** Calculate and validate payroll (salaries, ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, severance payments) and manage CFDI stamping. * **Control and Auditing:** Execute weekly payment processing, validate supporting documentation, and respond to internal/external audits. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm * Excellent and collaborative work environment. * Continuous training and support for skill development. * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational assistance Workplace: On-site employment
