




● Performs guest registration and check-out. ● Manages the control of files under their responsibility. ● Receives and handles telephone calls. ● Attends to suppliers. ● Collects necessary guest information for correct entry into the Opera system. ● Processes charges and credits to customer and guest accounts. ● Provides information regarding hotel services. ● Prepares food inclusion coupons. ● Updates rate boards and current currency exchange rates. ● Makes reservations when necessary. ● Prepares shift handover forms and performs cash closing. ● Conducts audit procedures for their shift. ● Follows up on guest requests. ● Reports daily incidents to the immediate supervisor. ● Collects final feedback from guests regarding their stay (Service Survey) Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $12,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Required) Work Location: In person
