Data is at the core of how we think, operate, and make decisions. **Role Overview** This role is for someone who can manage and scale complex, data\-centric marketing technology implementations for NeoPerformance clients. This role isn't just about managing timelines; it’s about understanding the underlying data structures. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and data engineering, ensuring that attribution models, LTV calculations, and audience segments are built on a foundation of clean, actionable data. **Core Responsabilities** * **Data Project Lifecycle Management:** Lead the end\-to\-end delivery of data projects, from initial database schema discussions to the deployment of automated marketing dashboards. * **Technical Communication:** Serve as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams, translating business KPIs into technical requirements (SQL queries, API integrations, and event schemas). * **Documentation \& Schema Mapping:** Create and maintain rigorous documentation, including ERDs (Entity **Relationship Diagrams)**, event mapping, and data dictionaries. * **Quality Assurance \& Validation:** Use SQL and Python to perform basic data validation, ensuring that the data flowing into marketing platforms matches the source of truth. * **Lifecycle Maintenance:** Manage the transition of data pipelines from implementation to "business as usual," ensuring data continuity despite client\-side platform changes or staff turnover. **Growth \& data strategy** * **Data\-Led Upselling:** Analyze client data environments to identify opportunities for high\-value projects like Multi\-Touch Attribution (MTA), Predictive LTV modeling, and CDP (Customer Data Platform) implementations. * **Advanced Analytics Delivery:** Oversee the deployment of sophisticated audience targeting and cross\-market data consolidation projects. * **Business Intelligence:** Present complex data findings in business terms to drive the adoption of advanced measurement frameworks. **Key Skills \& technical requirements** * **Data Proficiency:** Comfortable writing SQL queries to extract and validate data; basic proficiency in Python for data manipulation or automation scripts. * **Database Knowledge:** A solid understanding of relational databases, data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake), and how marketing APIs (GA4, Facebook CAPI) interact with them. * **Technical Documentation:** Ability to document data flows and technical processes for both developers and non\-technical stakeholders. * **Problem Solving:** A process\-oriented mindset for debugging broken data pipelines and identifying "leaky" conversion funnels. * **Communication:** Strong ability to manage client expectations during technical migrations and complex project transitions. **Ideal Candidate** * **2\-4 years of experience** in Project Management specifically within Data Analytics, MarTech, or Business Intelligence. * You aren't just a "task manager"; you are a "data translator" who is comfortable looking at a database schema and explaining its business impact. * Experience delivering specific data projects such as server\-side tracking, attribution studies, or data warehouse centralizations. **What We Offer** * 100% remote position, work from anywhere. * Salary based on experience. * Flexible 8\-hour workday.
