A leading company in the sale of tractor-trailers in the Bajío region, due to growth, is seeking a **Diesel Mechanical Technician.** * Education: Completed Technical Automotive or Electromechanical program * Experience: At least 1 year of experience with heavy-duty vehicles * Desired: Type B driver's license **Responsibilities:** * Perform comprehensive diagnostics on engines, transmissions, and differentials. * Analyze faults using diagnostic equipment, interpretation of parameter values, and physical tests. * Prepare technical reports and QIS documents for warranty claims processing. * Carry out advanced module programming (engine, transmission, TFT, VCU). * Create electrical fault trees and document repairs. * Coordinate follow-up with parts and after-sales departments to resolve recurring issues. * Supervise the technical execution performed by other levels and validate its quality. * Keep technical fault information and manufacturer updates current. * Diagnose, repair, and analyze complex faults in engines, transmissions, differentials, and electronic systems of heavy-duty vehicles. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. * Salary: Negotiable based on experience * Full statutory benefits from day one * Ongoing institutional and corporate training * Career development opportunities **Benefits Beyond Statutory Requirements:** * 2% Savings Fund * 10% Grocery vouchers * Highway rescue bonuses * Overnight stay bonuses * Life insurance (effective starting from the 2nd month) Interested candidates are kindly requested to send an updated CV to desarrollo.humano@sitrakmexico.com or via mobile phone at 446 134 0949, and we will contact you shortly.
