




Job Summary: Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer to ensure production objectives, optimize processes using digital tools and data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Process Engineer / Continuous Improvement (Automation and Data) Location: Department: Production / Continuous Improvement Job Objective Ensure achievement of production objectives through operational process monitoring, indicator analysis, and development of continuous improvements. Additionally, implement digital tools (macros, applications, and dashboards) that optimize the capture, analysis, and tracking of operational information. Main Responsibilities Conduct periodic shift monitoring to ensure compliance with the production schedule and established parameters. Record and control production information (logs, hourly records) for analysis and decision-making. Determine daily process efficiency and coordinate with involved departments to record downtime durations. Implement continuous improvements focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization. Develop automation tools (macros, dashboards, or applications) to reduce time required for information capture, analysis, and tracking. Coordinate overtime actions when required by Production Control or Production Management. Participate in and support internal and customer audits. Follow up on quality, delivery requirements, and activities related to new products. Determine and report workload assignments for personnel under supervision. Manage inputs required for the production process according to the allocated budget. Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards in the work area. Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. Experience 2–5 years in manufacturing or production processes. Experience in continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, efficiency analysis, OEE). Technical Knowledge Production data analysis. Excel/VBA macro development. Creation of dashboards and automated reports. Database or analytical tool proficiency (Power BI, Python, or similar preferred). Production indicator monitoring and control.
