Manages preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance 2. Tracks vehicles and monitors fuel consumption 3. Generates and archives documentary and photographic evidence The Operational Assistant in Celaya is essential for ensuring vehicle availability. It involves direct management of services, vehicle tracking, and generation of documentary and photographic evidence. In an area with high transportation and logistics activity, this role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency and reducing downtime. Below are the key activities, service tracking, and evidence management: 1. Core Maintenance Activities Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Management: Scheduling and supervising services (tuning, oil changes, filters, brakes, tires). Physical Vehicle Inspection: Checking critical components (battery, lights, fluid levels, tires, suspension) to identify failures. Workshop Dispatch: Directing vehicles to internal or external workshops (e.g., Auteam or local workshops in Celaya). Odometer Control: Recording daily or weekly mileage to forecast maintenance needs. 2. Maintenance Evidence and Documentation Documentary backup must be created for each action: Work Order Registration: Capturing service details comprehensively in a system (ERP or Excel). Photographic/Video Evidence: Taking photos before, during, and after repairs (replaced parts, vehicle condition). Invoice and Quotation Archiving: Collecting quotations, purchase orders, and invoices for cost management. Service Closure Reports: Preparing reports confirming that the vehicle has been repaired and is operational. 3. Vehicle Service Tracking Daily/Weekly Reports: Submitting vehicle status reports (operational, in workshop, out of service). Fleet Control: Monitoring fuel consumption, repairs per driver, and warranty tracking. Maintenance Alerts: Proactively notifying users of upcoming services to avoid operational interruptions. Requirements and Common Tools Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in fleet control or automotive mechanics. Skills: Intermediate Excel (tables, reports), automotive mechanical knowledge, organization, and attention to detail.
