Job Summary: We are seeking a Competency Standards Advisor and Evaluator to support certification processes and digital platform management. Key Highlights: 1. Professional work environment and continuous learning Competency Standards Advisor and Evaluator (CONOCER) – Training included An evaluation center accredited by CONOCER is seeking talent with analytical skills, organizational ability, and excellent interpersonal communication, interested in developing expertise in labor competency evaluation and certification. You do not need to be certified. We will train you. What we do require are solid competencies and strong commitment. What will you do in this position? Advise and monitor candidates throughout their certification process. Organize, review, and validate documentary evidence. Apply evaluation tools (interviews, checklists, etc.). Manage processes on digital platforms. Coordinate schedules, timelines, and evaluation sessions. Compile information for issuing assessment reports in accordance with guidelines. Profile we seek (this is critical): Clear, professional, and empathetic communication. High level of organization and attention to detail (MANDATORY). Analytical ability and objective judgment. Ability to quickly learn processes and adhere to guidelines. Strong time management and task completion skills. Ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality. Requirements: Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred). Experience in areas such as customer service, training, consultative sales, or administrative roles. Basic proficiency with digital tools (Excel, platforms, email, etc.). Genuine interest in professional development (this is not an entry-level operational role).
