Responsibilities: Manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments. Support employees with questions regarding payroll calculations. Analyze and resolve any discrepancies in payroll records. Maintain required documentation to comply with labor regulations. Requirements: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING IS MANDATORY Knowledge of payroll calculation. Experience in implementations. Experience operating various payroll systems. Calculation of employer-employee contributions. Knowledge of IMSS/INFONAVIT/FONACOT calculations. Familiarity with labor and tax regulations. Ability to work accurately and coordinate across diverse teams. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Knowledge and proficiency in SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, affiliation transactions, and occupational risk premium calculation.
