Organizational development and workplace culture Job Objective: An industrial-sector company specializing in industrial rotation systems is seeking talent to join its Human Resources department. We seek a candidate with a human- and organization-focused mindset, oriented toward strengthening workplace climate, improving internal processes, and contributing to reduced employee turnover. Main Responsibilities: • Coordination of employee onboarding and orientation processes. • Monitoring workplace climate and integration strategies. • Development and implementation of internal training programs. • Support in organizational development and workplace culture initiatives. • Organization of team-building activities, integration events, and dynamics. • Tracking turnover and absenteeism metrics. • Support in organizational assessment and improvement processes. • Employee assistance and follow-up. • Delivery of employment contracts and personnel files. • General support in HR processes. • Recruitment and vacancy tracking for administrative and operational positions (as a complementary activity). Required Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. • Prior experience in Human Resources with focus on organizational development, training, or workplace climate. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both operational and administrative staff. • Experience in onboarding, training, and employee retention.
