Location: Guanajuato. · SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct home-based collections for assigned accounts; complete physical and/or electronic visit forms; and record the outcomes of collection activities in the collections system. Meet the daily quota of home visits and productivity targets. Negotiate with customers by offering payment alternatives and possible exit programs enabling them to regularize their accounts, reactivate service, or recover equipment. Explore alternative scheduling options and contact methods to locate customers, family members, or third parties, thereby achieving successful visit outcomes. Verify and collect telephone numbers, email addresses, and demographic information to facilitate customer contact. Make appropriate use of provided work tools to perform duties effectively. Carry out all activities strictly in accordance with institutional conduct guidelines, as well as departmental policies and procedures. · PROFILE: Minimum 1 year of experience in home-based collections or customer service. Ability to identify collection-related risk areas. High school diploma or higher (preferred). Familiarity with the city. Extensive motorcycle operation experience (mandatory). Handling of objections. Excellent negotiation skills. Customer service orientation. Professional appearance. Honest and responsible. Self-management of collection activities and case follow-up. Flexibility regarding working hours.
