




Job Summary: Foreign trade assistant responsible for submitting value declarations, managing balance records, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of foreign trade operations and documentary support. 2. Support in the administration of incentive programs (IMMEX, PROSEC). 3. Management and control of databases and Annex 24 reports. 1) Submission and control of Value Declarations via VUCEM for foreign trade operations, as well as compilation of their respective documentary supporting documents. 2) Control and support in mitigating backlogs of value declarations and spreadsheets from fiscal years prior to 2026. 3) Consolidation and deconsolidation of Data Stage. 4) Validation and updating of material tickets. 5) Updating and controlling catalogs of inputs, products, customers, and suppliers. 6) Generation of Annex 24 balance reports. 7) Support in the proper administration of the IMMEX and PROSEC incentive programs and IVA-IEPS certification. 7) Requesting and reviewing approvals (vistos buenos) for proforma customs entry forms. 8) Providing support and assistance to the foreign trade and traffic department. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree Less than 1 year of experience Languages: English Age: Between 20 and 40 years old Knowledge: Foreign trade, Spreadsheets, International business Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide, trade, comercio, internacional, external, international, foreign, exterior
