




Marketing Assistant\- Mexicali, B.C. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Knowledge of supporting the planning and execution of advertising campaigns. * Social media management and digital marketing. * Design of promotional materials and coordination of events. * Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Bitly) and digital platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). **Main responsibilities:** * Execution of advertising and promotional campaigns defined by management. * Support in administration and updating of the company’s social media accounts and website. * Support for commercial events, product launches, and tractor-trailer trade fairs. * Design of graphic and advertising materials (banners, flyers, social media posts). * Coordination with external vendors such as printing companies and graphic designers to ensure marketing materials are produced on time and within budget. **Skills and attitudes:** * Creativity, proactivity, and initiative. * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective oral and written communication and teamwork. **Benefits:** * Savings fund * Company parking * Free uniforms * Statutory benefits * Paid birthday leave **Schedule:** Day shift, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with one and a half hours for meals.
