### **Activities** **Human Resources Administration Analyst** **Celaya, Guanajuato.** **Indefinite-term contract** At Hutchinson Hose Plant, we design and manufacture customized materials and connected solutions to meet the needs of our global automotive industry customers. We are seeking a **Human Resources Administration Analyst** to manage and support activities within the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient service delivery that meets the needs of company personnel. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer Human Resources services provided to personnel. * Coordinate services such as cafeteria, transportation, lockers, and credentials. * Implement service improvements and conduct satisfaction surveys. * Manage documentation and contracts for service providers. * Monitor payroll and pre\-payroll processing, including incidents, extraordinary changes, and biweekly validations. * Participate in audits, action plans, and compliance with quality and environmental management systems. * Prepare and update administrative reports for Human Resources and Plant Management. * Apply operational controls associated with the company’s management systems, such as ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949 . **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Public Accounting. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, STPS legal regulations, experience with the Tress system, familiarity with automotive certifications (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, VDA). **Experience: Minimum 3 years.** **Soft skills:** Organization, teamwork, confidentiality, communication, responsibility. ### **Additional Information** **TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual development, and offers equal employment opportunities to all candidates.** We are 40 000 men and women who meet the challenges faced by our automotive, aviation, defence and industry customers every day.
