Key liaison between work teams and management We are looking for a Supervisory Engineer Job Responsibilities: * Management, administration, and monitoring of production and quality processes * Inventory control * Timely detection and correction of deviations in production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Support in tracking non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions during internal and external audits. Experience: • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position • Personnel management experience • Knowledge of quality management systems • Basic ERP system proficiency • Excel proficiency • Project administration knowledge Requirements: • Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related degree • Problem-solving ability and effective communication skills • Ability to interact effectively with superiors and subordinates • Responsible and organized Your technical expertise and leadership will be critical to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
