Responsibilities include coordinating teams, optimizing processes, ensuring service quality, and monitoring key business metrics (with experience in the foodservice industry). This role entails operational leadership, decision-making, team management, and direct communication with senior management, with emphasis on continuous improvement and growth. Lead and supervise daily business operations Coordinate and monitor the workforce (team leaders and staff) Ensure service quality and customer experience Manage internal communications and resolve operational issues Supervise customer contact channels (WhatsApp, platforms, reviews) Coordinate recruitment processes and support human resources Control operational expenses and monitor petty cash Analyze operations and propose continuous improvements Prepare and submit weekly reports to senior management Plan and monitor production and logistics Coordinate maintenance and procurement of supplies Manage schedules, attendance, leave requests, and vacations Monitor team performance indicators, bonuses, and KPIs Organize weekly meetings and ensure execution of agreed actions Maintain documents, processes, and systems up to date. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Languages: English Age: between 22 and 34 years Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, head, administrator
