




· Assign and escort guests to tables suited to their needs, present the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding the hotel’s food and beverage services in the restaurant, such as daily specials. · Assist with operations and service when requested. · Rotate to any food and beverage outlet or any other department designated by the hotel during any scheduled shift. · Have comprehensive knowledge of all services and areas offered by the hotel. · Possess thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menus offered by the hotel.
