Job Summary: We are seeking a Bartender to create memorable experiences by preparing high-quality beverages, ensuring consistency, impeccable presentation, and exceptional service aligned with the restaurant’s gastronomic concept. Ongoing training in mixology, wines, and spirits. **Job Objective:** Create memorable experiences through the preparation of high-quality beverages, ensuring consistency, impeccable presentation, and outstanding service aligned with the restaurant’s gastronomic concept. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (classic and contemporary cocktails). * Adherence to recipes, standardization, and presentation of each beverage. * Direct customer service at the bar, emphasizing hospitality and experience. * Inventory management and handling of beverages, supplies, and glassware. * Setup, cleaning, and organization of the bar before, during, and after service. * Suggesting basic pairings (beverages with food). * Quality inspection of supplies (fruits, liquors, syrups, etc.). * Compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible consumption guidelines. * Support in developing new beverages or seasonal specials (preferred). **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a bartender (preferably in fine dining, hotels, or specialized bars). * Knowledge of classic and international mixology. * Proficiency with bar tools (shaker, jigger, muddler, etc.). * Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology. * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays). * Basic/intermediate English (preferred). * Excellent personal presentation. * Attention to detail * Service-oriented attitude * Effective communication * Ability to work under pressure * Organizational skills * Creativity * Teamwork **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ tips * Statutory benefits * Staff cafeteria * Ongoing training (mixology, wines, spirits) * Growth opportunities (bar captain / bar manager) info 5536646973 \*\*\*WORK LOCATION: CENTRAL SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE\*\* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
