Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Surveillance Supervisor to conduct patrols, follow up on reports, supervise private security personnel, and coordinate with SSPM within a residential subdivision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct supervision of private security personnel 2. Coordination with SSPM 3. Administrative staff support We are a CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT COMPANY operating within the EL REFUGIO Subdivision, Qro. We are currently seeking a NIGHT SHIFT SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct regular patrols throughout the subdivision, paying attention to anomalies and infrastructure damage; follow up on cabin reports regarding vehicles, suspicious individuals, and risk-related incidents; report accidents; directly supervise the contracted private security company responsible for access control; maintain logs, attendance records, and internal chat reports; provide administrative staff support; coordinate with SSPM. REQUIREMENTS: - Must be of legal age - High school diploma (preferred) - Minimum 2 years’ experience in surveillance/security. WE OFFER: First 3 months: Salary of $13,000.00 MXN (net); starting from the fourth month, salary increases to $15,000.00 MXN (net).
