




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage incidents, prepare pre-payroll, identify absences, review medical leaves, and support audits in a dynamic environment. Active support in internal and external payroll and HR audits Company located near 'Parque Industrial Cuadritos' Position sought: 'Payroll Assistant' Requirements: Availability: Monday to Saturday schedule. Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel formulas, payroll systems, taxes (ISR, IMSS Law), and SUA transactions. Key Knowledge / Responsibilities: Data entry, collection, and validation of employee incidents. Preparation and reporting of pre-payroll for a workforce of 500 employees. Weekly absence identification and continuous database updates. Review of medical leaves and application of corresponding deductions or payments as stipulated by law. Tracking payroll receipt delivery and maintaining an up-to-date incident file with supporting documentation. Active support in internal and external audit processes related to payroll or human resources. We Offer: Salary: $15,000 MXN gross per month. Food vouchers ($1,200 monthly).
