Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of hotel facilities and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance to deliver a safe and efficient guest experience. A dynamic and professional work environment. **Job Objective:** Responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of hotel facilities and equipment. This role involves carrying out necessary repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, guaranteeing that all hotel areas operate safely and efficiently to provide guests with a comfortable experience. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and others. * Timely respond to and resolve maintenance requests from guests and staff. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or repair needs. * Ensure all repairs comply with established safety and quality standards. * Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate and execute maintenance tasks efficiently. * Maintain detailed records of performed activities, reporting progress and any relevant incidents. * Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations while performing duties. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or similar sectors. * Knowledge of repairing electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and other facilities. * Ability to efficiently and promptly identify and resolve problems. * Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * A dynamic and professional work environment.
