Job Summary: We are seeking an Expert Zamak Injection Process Engineer to optimize production and manage mold and injection machine maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Zamak die casting injection 2. Hands-on experience in adjustment and maintenance of injection machines 3. Ability to identify and resolve process defects ***Expert Zamak Injection Process Engineer*** **Education:** Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering. **Experience:** Minimum 3\-5 years in hot and cold chamber injection, with specialization in Zamak. **Specialization:** Practical experience in adjustment, commissioning, and maintenance of injection machines. **Technical Knowledge** * Zamak alloys, primarily Zamak 5 * Control of process parameters and cycle times * Experience in mold assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance, including cooling systems * Ability to identify and resolve defects **Responsibilities and Functions** * Operation and Adjustment: Optimize production. * Problem Solving: Address process variations. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for molds and injection machines. * Ensure parts meet required dimensional tolerances and quality standards. * Management of materials, raw materials, and indirect supplies **Skills and Competencies** * Critical and analytical thinking: To diagnose process failures. * Knowledge of regulations for handling hot metals and machinery safety.
