**Delivery Operator – San Miguel de Allende, Querétaro, and surrounding areas** A company specializing in **premium beverage distribution** is seeking a **Delivery Operator** for San Miguel de Allende, Querétaro, and surrounding areas. This is an **operational, physical, and performance-based** role. It does not have fixed working hours. **The workday ends only when all tasks are completed.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** (The following activities constitute the primary duties of this position; the operator must support all necessary tasks to ensure completion of the day’s work) * Loading and unloading of goods * Delivery of orders to customers (restaurants, cafés, and hotels) * Unloading trailers when required * Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining warehouse order * Assisting with inventory counts and stock verification * Ensuring inventory completeness and accuracy * Inspecting and safeguarding products * Collecting on the invoice: customer’s signature, time of receipt, and customer details for delivered goods * Daily closing procedures * Cleaning and maintaining the vehicle * Reporting any incidents encountered en route * Providing general support for daily operational tasks **ORDER ASSEMBLY AND SHIFT CLOSING** * Upon completing the delivery route, remaining daily tasks continue * Orders are invoiced and assembled one day prior * Orders must be fully assembled and ready for dispatch * The next day, orders are loaded into the van and dispatched for delivery * No orders may remain pending * The shift concludes only after all daily tasks are fully completed **WORK SCHEDULE** * Workdays: **Monday through Saturday** * **Variable schedule** * Morning start time (typically between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., depending on operations) * **No fixed end time** **REQUIREMENTS** * Preferred age: 35–50 years old * Completed secondary or high school education * Valid driver’s license * Certificate of no criminal record * Letters of recommendation * Complete documentation * Flexible availability * Proficiency in using GPS on mobile devices * Basic mechanical knowledge * Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery operator **DESIRED PROFILE** * Responsible, organized, and hardworking individual * Follows instructions reliably * Punctual * Preferably in good physical condition * Takes care of goods, inventory, and the vehicle * Demonstrates respect and teamwork **SALARY AND BENEFITS** * Base salary: $10,000\.00 net per month (paid biweekly at $5,000\.00\) * Monthly performance bonus: $0\.00 to $4,000\.00 net (variable bonus, not guaranteed; contingent upon objective achievement and overall performance assessed via checklist; evaluated daily, weekly, and monthly; paid between the 7th and 10th of the following month) * Statutory benefits * Uniform (T-shirt and safety boots) provided after 3 months **IMPORTANT** This position is intended for individuals who: * Deliver results consistently * Maintain order, discipline, responsibility, and respect * Understand that operational work does not follow fixed hours If you seek fixed working hours, always leaving at the same time, or are unwilling to comply with these conditions, **this job is not suitable for you.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Do you agree to work Monday through Saturday with a variable schedule and no fixed end time? * Do you understand and accept that the workday ends only when all tasks are completed? * Do you have actual experience as a delivery operator and in loading/unloading goods? * Do you hold a valid driver’s license? * Do you agree to assist in all necessary tasks to ensure completion of the day’s work (operations, organization, and general support)? * Do you agree to maintain order, discipline, professional appearance, and proper uniform usage throughout your shift? * Do you agree to report to work sober—without being under the influence of alcohol or other substances? * Do you agree to uphold the company’s conduct and image policies both inside and outside the workplace—including around the premises—whether wearing the uniform or not?
