Position Summary: Operations Assistant to verify and notify route reconciliations, ensuring item traceability, controlling operations, and supporting general administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Management of pending items and incident follow-up Logistics and Operations City: GUANAJUATO Publication Date: Apr 10, 2026 Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Saturday rest Description: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Verify and notify route reconciliations for TR1 and TR2 routes (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure the entry and exit of items from units and the platform at the COP, thereby maintaining full item traceability and preventing item theft, as well as supporting general administrative tasks for operational control. 1\. Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1 routes, verifying that all routes arriving/departing the COP report identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensuring the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft. 2\. Obtain information on items with reconciliation discrepancies for TR1 and TR2 routes. Identifying each manifest with an incident, questioning the Operator, and requiring immediate delivery of that item. To guarantee all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. 3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Registering, locating, and managing all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending record logged on the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes. Conducting daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance). To provide information to the supervisor to prevent fuel misuse and theft. 5\. Report to the Supervisor the results of TR1 and TR2 reconciliations and fuel performance audits. Documenting and submitting the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can implement corrective and/or preventive actions with the Operator/route involved in incidents to avoid recurrence. Stop the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant at the COP if a reconciliation incident is detected. Require immediate delivery of the missing item, as well as the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant’s signature of acceptance for the reconciliation incident. Determine, based on analysis, which TR2 routes require fuel performance audits. Manage the location of pending items on the platform. Follow up on sanctions resulting from TR1 and TR2 reconciliation incidents. Internal Relationships * Supervisor: To specifically follow up on TR1 and TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audit outcomes. 2\. TR2 Route Operator / Route Assistant: To verify correct execution of the unloading process. External Relationships * Customers: To clarify order fulfillment and verify pending items.
