Direct participation in company operations **Description:** A growing company is looking for a Human Resources Manager responsible for executing and coordinating the department’s operational activities, ensuring process compliance, administrative personnel control, and direct operational support. **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff * Onboarding of new employees * Maintenance and updating of employee files * Supervision of payroll, attendance incidents, attendance lists, and time clocks * Management of IMSS (IDSE) registrations, terminations, and employee transfers * Tracking of vacations, leave requests, medical leaves, and overtime * Daily employee support and resolution of inquiries/incidents * Preparation of HR reports and KPI tracking * Support during audits, regulatory compliance, and NOMs implementation * Coordination of internal events and organizational communication * Support in disciplinary procedures and labor administration **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * 3–5 years of HR experience * Experience in payroll and personnel administration * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and administrative procedures * Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems **We Offer:** * Job stability * Professional development * Direct participation in company operations Salary: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Complimentary uniforms Application Question(s): * Salary expectations * Availability to join the team Work Location: On-site employment
