Customer-focused approach and goal achievement **Querétaro Bus Terminal** We are a transportation service company offering the following vacancy: **Sales Outlet Supervisor**, Night Shift. **Position Objective:** Supervise and coordinate the terminal’s sales outlets to ensure their proper operation, supply, visual presentation, and administrative management, with an emphasis on delivering optimal customer service to achieve established sales targets. **Education** * Completed high school. **Certificate required** **Skills:** Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Service Orientation, Teamwork, Empathy, Proactivity. **Knowledge:** Desktop PC, Smartphone, Printer, Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily shift start-up. * Supervise inventory control. * Supervise merchandise ordering and receipt. * Supervise merchandise display and rotation. * Supervise shift closing procedures. * Supervise proper functioning of service equipment. * Supervise staff across assigned areas. * Conduct inventory counts and cash audits at sales outlets. * Handle incidents. * Supervise premises cleaning. **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM **(2 weekdays off per week)** **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $13,400.00 MXN * Additional food vouchers amounting to 15% of salary * Savings fund contribution of 12% * Punctuality bonus of 2.5% * Christmas basket * School supplies vouchers for employees’ children * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo) with 24 days, exceeding statutory requirements * Vacation premium of 35% * Guaranteed profit-sharing (PTU) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,400.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Querétaro?
