Key responsibilities include accounting, distribution, and preparation of payroll payments, benefits, taxes, and deductions; calculation of overtime hours, shift-based payments, sales commissions, and bonuses; and maintenance of payroll records. **Main Responsibilities** * Process payroll for the companies assigned to this position. * Ensure employees receive their payroll payments on time and in full. * Perform employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, or organizational structure changes in the payroll system. * Record all payroll-affecting incidents and ensure correct execution by verifying compliance with Sandvik’s internal policies. * Timely and accurate payment of employer obligations (IMSS, Payroll Tax). * Support supervision of the Savings Fund administration for the applicable legal entities, in accordance with internal policies. * Generate information required for accurate payroll accounting. * Review and verify that control figures are correct for each payroll period. * Determine the Fonacot payment amount and request payment from the relevant department. * Perform employee onboarding, offboarding, and/or salary adjustments in IDSE to fulfill employer obligations. * Calculate the risk premium for approval by the immediate supervisor and subsequent submission to IDSE. * Prepare and execute extraordinary payrolls (PTU, Christmas bonus, Savings Fund). * Ensure correct and timely electronic stamping of payroll receipts and distribute them electronically to employees’ email addresses. * Clarify employee inquiries regarding payroll incidents applied or not applied to their payroll. * Support responding to and following up on legal requirements requested by authorities to substantiate findings from internal and/or external audits. * Participate in risk premium confirmation, channel required information to the Social Security Institute, and submit it accordingly. * Perform updates, tracking, onboarding, and/or clarification of current and future Employer Registration Records. * Request authorization for payroll disbursement, execute disbursement, and verify its accuracy. * Fulfill social security obligations arising from subcontracting (REPSE), ensuring information is registered on the IMSS platform and/or clients’ platforms. * Ensure recording of employees’ overtime hours. **Candidate Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 2–6 years of experience in payroll processing and payment. Intermediate level of English language proficiency. Proficiency in ERP systems, Outlook, and Microsoft Office suite.
