Opportunity for growth within the company At **Inflapark Puerta La Victoria**, a family inflatable park, we are looking for an **Operations Manager** to lead the full operation of our branch and deliver a fun, safe, and high-quality experience to our visitors. We seek a candidate with strong leadership, a results-oriented approach, and experience managing teams, daily operations, and customer service. **Position:** Operations Manager **Requirements:** * Proven experience in managerial roles * Personnel management and team leadership * Experience in customer service and operation of entertainment venues, parks, restaurants, or retail (preferred) * Sales focus and goal attainment * Problem solving and decision making * Reporting and KPI management * Flexible availability * Excellent attitude and professional appearance **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the overall operation of the inflatable park * Coordinate cashier staff, operational staff, and other functional areas * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety throughout the facilities * Deliver outstanding customer service * Achieve sales targets and event goals * Manage incidents and conduct operational follow-up * Implement continuous improvement strategies **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Performance-based bonuses * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for growth within the company * Job stability Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $17,000\.02 per month Work Location: On-site employment
