Support to other departments when necessary Restaurant **GOEN FUJITAYA** is hiring: **COOK** **Responsibilities:** * Review daily worklists and preparations corresponding to the day's menu * Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables * Manage cold and/or hot service lines * Clean and organize common areas and work equipment * Check kitchen supplies and inventory * Request kitchen and dining room supplies * Apply the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system in refrigerators * Follow recipes and sub-recipes provided by the chef * Prepare dishes * Verify plating of each dish * Ensure all food and products are properly dated and stored * Prepare mise en place for the following day.
