Today, our operations span Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, Australia, and Austria, with approximately 23,000 employees—all driven by the deep belief that, at work as in life, it’s not about the destination but the journey. **Requirements:** **Education:** Up to university-level technical degree 1–2 years of experience in the automotive industry 1–2 years of experience in forklift maintenance 1–2 years of experience interpreting diagrams and diagnosing faults in electrical control and power systems Knowledge of interpreting diagrams and diagnosing faults in high-pressure hydraulic systems Knowledge of interpreting mechanical drawings, operation manuals, and assembly instruction manuals for mechanical components Knowledge of internal combustion forklifts (GAS and DIESEL) Knowledge of electric stand-up forklifts Knowledge of electric stand-up tow tractors Availability for a 3-shift rotation **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** **Objective:** Diagnose, repair, and ensure optimal operation of forklift equipment. **Perform preventive maintenance:** oil and filter changes, fluid level checks, chain and mast lubrication, brake adjustments **Perform corrective maintenance:** identify electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic failures; repair or replace motors, transmissions, hoses, hydraulic pumps, and battery or LP gas systems Verify safety systems Execute preventive and corrective maintenance orders assigned by the supervisor, on time and as specified Generate and close work orders in the GuideTi system Improve preventive maintenance plans Perform monthly budget balancing for spare parts Provide feedback to operators regarding best practices for forklift usage DRIVING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY.
