




Position Summary: This position coordinates accounting, tax, and administrative processes, ensuring reliable and timely financial information for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads the accounting team and fulfills tax and labor obligations **Primary Objective of the Position:** The Accounting and Tax Coordinator ensures the proper execution of the organization’s accounting, tax, and administrative processes by supervising transaction recording, timely preparation of reliable financial statements, budgetary control, compliance with tax and labor obligations, and coordination of the accounting team—thereby guaranteeing reliable and timely financial information to support decision-making by Internal Audit and Management. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting / Master’s degree in Finance. * Experience in audits conducted by external authorities. * Financial statement analysis. * Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding: Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), Federal Tax Code (CFF), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and Federal Labor Law. * Proficiency in and application of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs) for preparation, * Analysis and presentation of financial statements enabling decisions that impact business results. * Advanced Excel skills. * Analytical. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
